Bizarre Lineage World Guide
This page does not pretend the map is bigger or cleaner than the public source supports. Instead, it gives you the confirmed location hubs that actually matter: tutorial, shops, Gym, Graveyard, Hospital, Docks, and the world events players keep asking about.

What this page is actually for
Players usually do not search “world” because they want flavor text. They search because they need to know where Gym is, where Arch Mage is, what Graveyard contains, or which location leads into a quest, a raid, or a trainer. So this page is structured as a routing hub, not fake lore.
Safe rule: if a location has a confirmed trainer, questline, boss tie-in, or progression checkpoint in Trello, it belongs here. If the source does not support a mechanic claim, we do not invent it.
Fast map route for most players
- Hotel → finish tutorial, keybind learning, first real bearings.
- Store → understand Gupta / Rahaj and item-routing basics.
- Gym → Boxing, meditation mat, Inner World / Awakening context.
- Hospital → Arch Mage and prestige / endgame routing.
- Graveyard → Pucci, Vampire, DIO-related routing, sub-zones.

NPC-heavy locations are the real map spine
The map cards become useful the moment you stop reading them as scenery. Store, Kame Yu Market, Hospital, and Graveyard all matter because they bundle trainers, quest starters, crafting hubs, or progression NPCs.

Gym is not just Boxing
Public material ties Gym to Boxing Coach, Jotaro routing, and the meditation mat used for Inner World and Awakening. That makes Gym one of the most overloaded “where do I go?” answers on the entire map.
Confirmed key locations
Hotel (Tutorial Area)
Official high-confidenceThe Hotel tutorial area is the real beginner anchor. Trello ties it to the tutorial start, keybind teaching, and first-steps stand usage instead of treating it like a throwaway intro room.
Why it matters: Start here when you want the cleanest beginner route before branching into missions, arrows, and your first real progression choices.
Morioh Station
Official high-confidenceMorioh Station is positioned as a social/world-event hub, and it is also tied to Kira [Bites the Dust] related routing in the official material.
Why it matters: This is one of the safest “what is this area for?” pages to build because the intent is already clear: hub + events + Kira route awareness.
Gym
Official location + mixed route contextGym is more than Boxing. Trello ties it to Boxing Coach upstairs, Jotaro Kujo / Jotaro raid entry context, and the meditation mat used for Inner World and Awakening routes.
Why it matters: Players asking about Boxing, conjuration grinding, Inner World, or Awakening all converge here.
Store
Official high-confidenceStore is the cleanest shop hub on the map. The official material ties it directly to Gupta and Rahaj, which makes it important for both crafting and item routing.
Why it matters: If a player is asking about chests, materials, essences, Stone Mask, or shop inventory, this hub usually enters the conversation fast.
Kame Yu Market
Official high-confidenceKame Yu Market is not just another landmark. Trello ties it to Samurai Master and the Kendo route, and also places Gupta here in the official location breakdown.
Why it matters: It deserves its own location page because it serves both fighting-style and crafting intent.
T-Point Gas Station
Official high-confidenceT-Point Gas Station is tied to Gang Territory and the Okuyasu Nijimura PRIME area in the Trello map cards.
Why it matters: This is the right map node for future gang / territory pages, not a generic filler location.
Graveyard
Official high-confidenceGraveyard is the most information-dense zone in the current public materials. It is not one vague blob: Trello explicitly breaks it into Dio’s Chapel, Cultist Castle, The Ruins, and Seaside House.
Why it matters: Pucci, Vampire routing, DIO-related questions, and multiple sub-zone lookups all pile into Graveyard, so this area should be treated like a location cluster, not a single line item.
Hospital
Official high-confidenceHospital matters because Arch Mage is there, and the official material also ties it to the Sick Girl side quest.
Why it matters: Any prestige / endgame hub explanation becomes cleaner once Hospital is separated as its own destination.
Docks
Official high-confidenceDocks is tied to Akira Otoishi as a main-quest boss area and Mafia Boss as a side-quest target.
Why it matters: This is a good example of why “world” pages should explain why to go somewhere, not just name the place.
Graveyard should be treated like a mini-cluster
Graveyard is where generic world pages usually get lazy. The official source does the opposite: it breaks the area into named sub-zones with different NPC and progression ties. That is why Graveyard deserves its own page later instead of being buried in one paragraph.
Dio’s Chapel
Officially tied to Vampire and Cultist / DIO-related routing in the Graveyard cluster.
Cultist Castle
Officially tied to Pucci and Gupta, which is why Journey to Heaven and related progression questions keep pointing back here.
The Ruins
Officially tied to Zombie Rudol von Stroheim and Dr. Bosconovitch.
Seaside House
Officially tied to Bruford in the Graveyard map card breakdown.

Confirmed world events
The public Trello confirms two world events right now: Graveyard Uprising and Deathmatch. It also shows a [20 MIN CD] note, which is useful as a reminder but should still be treated as patch-sensitive timing data.
Graveyard Uprising
Official high-confidenceThis is one of the two public Trello-confirmed world events. The source confirms the event exists, but does not give enough stable detail to justify a fake long mechanic explanation here.
Deathmatch
Official high-confidenceDeathmatch is the second Trello-confirmed world event. It belongs in the map overview because players frequently ask what world events even exist before they ask for reward min-maxing.
Patch-sensitive note
Exact bus-stop directions, event cooldown timing, and some route advice can drift between patches or community guides. This page keeps the safe structure: confirmed locations, confirmed event names, and confirmed NPC / progression ties.
In short: use this page to know where each place fits. Use dedicated pages when you need a full quest, raid, or trainer breakdown.
